What exactly is a NailFile?
It is your personal collection of nail preferences, saved looks, and service history. Your NailFile Card brings together the details you choose to share with your artist.
Does NailFile book or contact the salon?
In this version, you can save a visit plan and prepare your brief. You arrange the appointment with the salon and choose when to show or send your card.
Can I bring it to a new artist?
Yes. Show your card at the appointment or share your downloaded card beforehand. Your artist can use it to discuss the look, available products, and what is possible.
Who can see my preferences?
Your account keeps your records private. You select the details included in your NailFile Card; your private notes are excluded. Anyone you send a downloaded card to can keep that copy.
Can I use it on my phone?
The browser app works on your phone. Dedicated iPhone and Android versions are in development; app-store downloads are not available yet.
